Im 40 in march, can i still have a baby?

Yes,but: Some would encourage you to consider the issues involved. At 40 you reach a point where the risk of a Down syndrome birth has increased to about 1% but all pregnancies have about 4% overall risk of some unexpected outcome (cleft, premi, sickness, etc.) the risks are there for all to some degree. Mom had a happy outcome at 42 ; many have them later. Discuss with your doc ; follow your heart.

Fertility: Yes. As long as your cycles continue and you have monthly menstrual periods you are still fertile.
