This is part of the autonomic nervous system that prepares you for "fight or flight". If your pupils remain dilated even in the sunlight or you have blurry vision when you try to read, you should see your Dr. Other stimulant meds or substances in combo w/ Effexor (venlafaxine) can cause this effect.
