I started taking effexor-xr75mg and noticed it has really dilated my pupils will this go away once i get used to the med or is this a perm side effect?

See your dr.: Effexor (venlafaxine) XR is an adrenergic medicine that can raise your blood pressure and potentially dilate your pupils. This is part of the autonomic nervous system that prepares you for "fight or flight". If your pupils remain dilated even in the sunlight or you have blurry vision when you try to read, you should see your Dr. Other stimulant meds or substances in combo w/ Effexor (venlafaxine) can cause this effect.
