YES: You are constipated and that is not healthy. See your doctor. You can also stop dairy (it can be constipating) and gluten (can cause gas and abdominal pain) and increase your p fruits (peach pear plum prune pineapple papaya pumpkin pomegranate and peas) and see if that helps.
