You don`t: Until they do a dole bind placebo control study with viral cultures there is no answer. However, it mechanism of action appears to be promising.

Currently registered in 43 countries world wide for a variety of indications, including the stds hpv and hsv. Isoprinosine is not licensed by the fda and is not available for purchase in the us. The data on true clinical efficacy and safety is limited "imo.".
