HPV: Hpv can often come and go without anyone knowing they have it. That is why pap smears are so vital.

HPV: At your age if you are infected with hpv, it will stay in your body for the rest of your life. The major manifestations of the hpv virus are cervix abnormalities usually identified via pap smear and genital warts which are skin or mucosal growths. Those may be visible by the patient or identified by the examiner. However, some people may have no visible manifestations whatsoever.
