Watch closely: Assuming the nausea is related to the uti, it will improve as the infection improves. You need close contact with your health care provider during this illness. Nausea from a UTI usually means the infection is not limited to the lower urinary tract. You may be getting close to needing IV fluids/ IV antibiotics.

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATE: You have 2nd UTI in two weeks.Have you been treated and have you had a urine culture and have you or are you taking any antibiotics we can not help you without knowing more. The symptoms of nausea may be due to infection or due to the antibiotics you may be taking. Under the circumstances i will recommend you discuss your symptoms and treatment with your treating doctor and only he/she can answer.
