Pregnant?: If you think you may be pregnant and have missed a period, get a home kit and test your urine for hcg. If negative test again in 7-14 days. If you are having nausea and dizziness as symptoms related to a UTI you need to be seen by a doctor asap, or if you are having these symptoms from medications you may be taking. Good luck.
