Amenorrhea.: Amenorrhea means no menstrual cycle. Of course he needs much further evaluation to check the hormone level as well as the ovaries to see if everything is actually normal or perhaps there is a genetic abnormality. This is one you should go to a gynecologist for further evaluation and definitive diagnosis.
