May be a while: Postinor is one of the hormone-containing "morning-after pills" or postcoital contraceptives. Menstrual irregularity after taking this medication is not uncommon. If the period has not come by two to four weeks later you should check a pregnancy test. If it is positive definitely see your ob/gyn but if it is negative you may need to wait another few weeks before seeking evaluation.
