PROBABLY YES: Taking supplements in and of themselves is not harmful. This is because supplements do not have side-effects, a property of prescription drugs. It is generally known that exercise can help reduce anxiety, as can the Amino Acid theonine and homeopathic kali phos. If not, there is behavioral modification and/or medication(s). A beta blocker can help in mvp patients as 10% of them may have anxiety.
