Antibiotics kill...: ...Bacteria, which is among what is being tested for when stool cultures are requested. Antibiotics kill not only bad but also healthy bacteria (the normal flora) in your gut. The word "antibiotics" (anti- , biotics) tells you what that class of drugs accomplishes. I'm curious, what did you think they did?
