Pigmentation: Likely pigmentation. Many different racial heritages display different shading of the gums as well as specific points,dots or areas of more or heavy pigmentation. Eastern European, Filipino, African American , etc. very commonly display such different colorations. Check your relatives and offspring. Have fun checking !
