Glad it's not bad: But, it does sound like you'd like to stop them. A visit to the doctor might help, but you can try otc Benadryl (diphenhydramine) according to directions and see if the stops or lessens them. If you do get treatment, it might include a epi-pin to keep with you to deal with a possible hive outbreak that threatens your throat and breathing. It's smart to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. Best!
