No cure but: There is no cure for asthma yet. If you don't like drugs, allergy shots would be the closest thing to curing . However only about 80% of the people respond to allergy shots. Consider seeing an allergist who can at least help you pinpoint some of the triggers.

Asthma: Unfortunately there is no cure for asthma, but your best chance to reverse your allergies that may trigger your asthma is to get allergen desensitization. It should provide you long term relief of your symptoms and minimize your dependence on medications. See an allergist.
