Upper cervical issue: The symptoms listed could be caused by a plethora of conditions. The one that is lesser known is arthritis at the atlanto-occipital joint and atlanto-axial joint. Even though I am an interventional pain physician, i would try oral anti-inflammatories, physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments before getting those injections (always try conservative first).
