A member asked:

Can tight neck muscles cause nausea, headaches, and vertigo like symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Poss but not prob: Neck problems are unlikely to induce vertigo if what you describe is truly vertigo. Vertigo refers to a hallucination of movement. Cervical dystonia refers to tight neck muscles which causes the head to assume an abnormal posture and position which can cause nausea and headaches. Look at pictures of you from recent and remote times to determine whether this problem applies to you. Well wishes
