Numerous things : You are too early in the pregnancy for the changes you are seeing to be related to the pregnancy. The ketones could be from dehydration (most likely) or worse case scenario undiagnosed pre-gestational diabetes. The protein in the urine could be anything from contamination to underlying kidney pathology. All of these possibilities should be discussed with your doctor.

Urine changes: The appearance of ketones indicates you are not eating enough calories. Ketones appear as a calorie source when eaten calories and stored glycogen are insufficient. You don't want ketones during pregnancy. Urine protein requires repeating to make sure pre-eclampsia is not evolving. Be sure you drink 3 liters per day, eat thru the day and evening, and be sure you do not have a UTI
