Yes, but...: The lecithin in egg yolks is a good source of choline - but there is also a lot of cholesterol in egg yolks, so i would not rely solely on eggs as a choline source. There are lots of other good food sources, such as chicken, cauliflower, soybeans, spinach, tofu, and many others.
