Please seek eval: Hi, I would recommend that you be seen in urgent care as soon as possible. I am unsure exactly what is going on just based on your brief description, but you require a full evaluation and physical exam, especially since your symptoms seem to be severely affecting your daily activities. It may be something simple but with the severity factor, you really need a more detailed exam. Hope this helps

Hard to say: There are many potential causes. Sciatica, which is an irritation of a nerve in the back, is one of the more common causes. Arthritic conditions can cause leg pain as can vascular problems. A detailed history and exam can often determine the cause. Thank you for your question.
