STD, need exam & Rx: There are three main kinds of urethritis in men: gonorrhea, chlamydia, and nongonococcal urethritis. All of these are sexually transmitted. Therefore, you have been exposed to one of these STDs. Depending on your own sexual exposure, might be the source of his infection. The important thing is that you also need antibiotic treatment. See your doctor ASAP for testing and treatment. Good luck!
