You should see a Urologist for proper exam, investigation and treatment instead of having blunderbuss treatments. Dont feel lost. once the cause is found you will get appropriate treatment and will be OK. In the meantime drink water avoid alcohol and take Azo if needed

Continuing urethritis must be diagnosed professionally. If no discharge and with normal urinalysis, continuing urethritis is unlikely; something else probably is causing the pain. Presumably tested for gonorrhea -- some cases are resistant to the antibiotics you had. Keep working with your doctors. See a urologist and/or infectious diseases specialist (or both). Good luck.
