Not necessarily sz: The twitches could be due to many etiologies, and likely not seizure issues, but would propose contacting your pediatrician and getting this assessed, as the outcome could be very reassuring and alleviate your concerns.

Unlikely the issue: The brain of an infant is constantly sending out random messages to the various muscle groups to flex or extend arms, legs and otherwise "move".This preserves the muscle tone and size until the baby can move them on purpose. This along with other "reflexes" triggered by sound or movement can seem too twitchy. Seizures are patterned, non-random movements.Your doc can sort this out.
