No: You can't lose this much fat, and if you use a diuretic or other subterfuge to lose water, it's useless and dangerous. How about setting a realistic goal -- not so much lost poundage as a change in your thinking. Can you eat only when you're hungry? Can you rediscover the joy of exercise? If so, you're wiser and more clever than most of your peers. Best wishes.
