Get educated: Erectile dysfunction can almost always be managed. Medical causes including prolactinoma and hemochromatosis need to be searched for if it happens. Read a good book. Avoid 'spectatoring' ; learn to use your whole body (tongue, hands especially) to be a superb lover. Prostate cancer is mostly an old man's disease. You're still young. If these thoughts are obsessive, your doctor can help.
