Doubtful this late: Campylobacteriosis infection can result in transmission to the placenta, and if it happens early enough in the pregancy it can cause harm to the baby. However, you are very close to delivery and, i assume, undergoing treatment, so it seems highly unlikely that your baby would be at risk. You should check with your obstetrician to be sure, however.

Campylobacteriosis : Most often Campylobacter jejuni infections in pregnant women in the third trimester are mild and resolve without need for antibiotics. There are rare cases when it is severe and has led to spontaneous delivery. There can be complications if the fetus becomes infected.
