In YOUR system?: If a mother uses amphetamines when pregnant, those drugs will pass into the fetus, and if they are using shortly before delivery, the child will have positive amphetamine tests and may undergo drug withdrawal. Unless you were just born (age 31?), the amphetamines wouldn't be in your system, but if you are the mom and are using drugs, please stop and seek help immediately.
