Fitness is the key: Your best weight is what looks and feels right for you and makes you able to take part successfully in the physical fitness activities that you enjoy. The "ideal weight" tables are entertainment, not science. Elite runners are underweight, zero-body-fat linebackers are "obese". Common sense. Stay fit, eat sensibly, and this will take care of itself.
