Yes, but complex: Yes, all individuals, gay or straight may possibly be covered by the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). The actual answer is much more complex and depends on your financial situation and whether or not you already have insurance. For anyone who may not qualify for Obamacare, you may still qualify for insurance under Ryan White Care Act, which provides medical care for anyone with HIV in the US.
