No: There is no proof that any food or natural treatment or even medicine can increase sperm production and pregnancy in partners of azospermic men. The most effective treatment is surgical sperm harvest and using these sperm for ivf with icsi. Sometimes though sperm are not found in the testes or its ducts. Some genetic factors that lead to azospermia should be investigated first.
