Sure: Keep accountable. Weigh yourself once a week so you know where you are. We like to lie to ourselves about how much we are eating once we get to our goal weight. Wear fitted clothes so you can feel when you are gaining weight. Have an eating plan for each day. Exercise at least 5 days a week. Make goals and rewards for yourself even if you don't have more to lose. It is a battle!
