Ear irrigation: If there is no perforation (hole) in your ear drum, then have a doctor irrigate your ear canal with warm water. If primary care physician is unable to do this, then see and ENT doctor. Was the neosporin an ointment or a drop. If it was an ointment, irrigation should be successful.
