Minimal: I assume this portion was in the interior of a piece of meat otherwise cooked. Most infection in meats , except for ground meat, is on the surface and will be eliminated if the outside gets over 165 degrees. So depending upon the conditions of the meat you ate, i seriously doubt there will be any consequences.
