Clavicle is part of : -stabilizers of the shoulder. It can be from an old injury or degenerative process. It can pop distal &/or at the sternum. 2 be sure, see a fellowship trained sports medicine orthopedic surgeon, one who has special interest in shoulders. A hands on xam as well as imaging will be needed. Only then will you have an answer & find out if there is a solution for it. Poss surgery.
