Rare diabetes: There are rare reports of increased blood sugar, and hence urine sugar. I am not sure if people can really detect that by smell, but if you are concerned, you doctor should test your urine for sugar, and if present, check blood tests and consider altering the dose or discontinuing Chantix and using another form of smoking cessation treatment.
