I had my period about 6 days ago and unprotected sex 4 days ago(he didnt finish) today i had went to go pee and as i wiped i noticed brownish color and it smells sweet, is this old blood from my period, or is this something else?

That fruity discharge right after a period is probably due to an overgrowth of lactobacillus bacteria. There is nothing to concern at this time; however, if vaginal discharge persists in the next couple days, you may have bacterial vaginosis then you will need treatment.
