Treatments include non-sedating antihistamines, daily steroid nasal sprays, and antihistamine eye drops. Avoidance of triggers is also helpful. If you have a cat, keeping it out of the bedroom is important, HEPA filters, washing cat weekly, frequent cleaning. Allergy shots can also be life-changing.
