Why do you ask?: Every guy knows that the longer you wait between ejaculations, the hornier you get. How much this has to do with plasma testosterone, and how much simply with fluid volume and pressure, are really moot. An abstinent man may have an incredible performance, have premature ejaculation, or may end up with very sore testicles if he stays excited for long.
