A member asked:

Can you tell me how could one know whether a person has chronic kidney disease or acute kidney disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. James Lin answered

History ...: History and serial review of lab to verify the course and sequence of events will surely know if kidney disease is acute or chronic. In expert's hands, that should not be difficult.
