Must treat bulimia : To stop dental damage but while you are working on this there are some steps you can take to help. Rinse with a mixture of water and baking soda to help neutralize the acid after each episode. Use prescription strength Fluoride gel, obtained from your dentist. Eliminate soda and other acidic drinks and foods from your diet. Ultimately you must treat the bulimia to prevent damage.
