Chafing: Chafing is irritation of an area skin on the body which is a result of rubbing or friction. Runners encounter chafing often as nipples, armpits, and inner thighs generally can rub against themselves or shirts/shorts. Sometimes chafing can lead to discharge or bleeding. There are barrier lubricants/creams that may help with chafing. Happy running!
