Heart, lung, muscle: Several things could cause this symptom. Usually sorted out based on the symptom location, duration, associated symptoms and one's risk factors for heart disease and possible risk for blood clots. This could also be from shoulder joint itself. Suggest seeing your physician especially if the symptom persist or reoccurs.
