There are people with "food" addictions, generally overeating in general, as well as things like bulimia and anorexia nervosa, but have never heard of an eating disorder solely involving fruit. 5 servings of fruits/vegetables are recommended for all of us. If you are overweight, fruit has lots of sugars, and vegetables are better. You should see mental health professional about concern.
