Raccoon eyes ?: Basilar skull fracture can give you one or two black eyes. We sometimes refer to this as raccoon eyes. I would get a ct of the brain with bone windows and attention to the skull base if you are still having symptoms.

Not from concussion: A black eye is related to an injury to the tissue around the eye, breaking small blood vessels in the skin. It will take a week or more before it resolves.
