Possibly: It can go away like it appeared. It might be resolved if you were to bite it, breaking it, and it does not fill back in to form vesicle. This a backed up minor saliva gland the form a bubble of fluid. Most commonly from trama, bite lip or injury. I can easily be reduced and sealed with a minor laser treatment in the dental office. They are an inconvience, not serious.
