Yes you should: Need to consult with a urologist who will advise about chances of spontaneous passage of stones or whether stone/s can or need 2B removed by one of many means available from extra-corporal shock-wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopic laser treatment or percutaneous kidney lithotripsy. Also discuss finding ; treating possible metabolic causes of kidney stones.
