See your dentist: See your dentist in order to determine whether or not the wisdom tooth needs to be removed. In the meantime you can rinse out with warm salt water (teaspoon salt in glass of warm water) and take otc pain medication such as advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you would normally take for a headache.
