I have a small cut on my finger. I suspect it is infected because the gland in my armpit is sore. It wasn't a deep cut, it's about 1.5cm long, and I sustained it indoors. Do I need to worry about a tetanus injection?

2 months ago I cut my knuckle 3/4" wide really deep down to the knuckle on a can lid. I Used butterfly sutures & it closed nicely. About 2 weeks ago it started getting sore and now it's swelling. Could it be infected? I've had tetanus shot, no meds.
