A member asked:

My bpm is 204bpm while working out, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Thomas Deberardino answered

Specializes in Orthopedic Surgery

Max HR = 220 - age: Maximum heart rate should generally stay below 220 - age, or 174 for a 46 year old. Decrease intensity of exercise as you approach the maximum rate.
