1a hypothyroidism.: Hello, recheck TSH along with free T4 and free t3 (liothyronine). Usually high TSH = primary hypothyroidism. Most likely. (rare but may happen if ot 1a hypothyroidism: -tsh producing pituitary adenoma -thyroid hormone resistance).
