Extra dosage: You can add a lower dose short acting dexedrine (or adderall or procentra) about 30 minutes before you start to feel the comedown, or take a low dose of ritalin, (methylphenidate) 30 minutes before the comedown.

Dexedrine: Not that many doctors prescribe Dexedrine at this point due to addiction and abuse potential. I would encourage you to let your prescribing doctor know about your side effects and possibly consider a different ADHD medication.
